Corporate – Short courses
Short courses provide an excellent facility at any golf club and are perfect for introducing new golfers to the game. Play over nine holes, each between 20 and 160 metres long with the challenge of bunkers and water hazards along the way. An effective entry level short course only requires two acres of land.
Benefits of Artificial Turf for Short Courses
Synthetic golf greens by European Golf are a similar quality to USGA (United States Golf Association) specification greens so your golf club patrons will enjoy playing on a professional quality surface all year round. Your golf club will also benefit from the low maintenance properties of artificial turf. Although there’s a high initial cost for a synthetic short course, there is no need to hire a qualified green keeper for its upkeep. Artificial turf is a sound investment as you will not need to worry about turf quality, golf course durability, weeds or similar issues.
